Valara manages a large capitalization US equity investment strategy that we believe to be both unique and efficient.  The founding partner has decades of experience in managing US equities for large institutional plan sponsors, endowments, foundations and other asset gatherers.  Valara Capital Management was formed to bring an institutional grade investment process to the broader market.  The firm offers a Limited Partnership fund directly to accredited investors and provides separate account management to wealth advisors and RIAs.  As implied by our name, we invest with a value style, philosophy and discipline.
 

In recent years, investment strategies have increasingly emphasized the short term – spurred on by volatile markets and the proliferation of performance based management fees.  This shift in focus creates opportunity for those that are willing to take a longer term view.  With trading strategies now dominating market volumes, traditional investing has come back into its own.
